How can i change language?

Hello guys! I've always played resident evil series in english and i just bought the game only to find that the audio is in frenche although i''ve changed the language in properties and restart steam and the game several time. I also wait for the tutorial to be completed as indicated into another thread but there's still no options to do that in the settings...So disapointed to have french voice acting when i wanted english...Plz help me!

right click game i libary
chose properties chose language

I already tried that..as i said in my thread...It's not working. Audio is still in french..Only subtitles change into english...:( Other suggestions?
