I'm no expert, but I asked the same question concerning another game... was told no. But you can buy a PC compatible XBOX controller.

This type of thing was never possible with other games, so I doubt it is possible with this. They don't even have compatible multiplayer between xbox and ps3. Only cross platform multiplayer I know of is many games can be played between iPhone and Android based phones.
Also PS3 has a game called Dust 214 or something which is a FPS on surface of a planet, then the people who play EVE can get involved and send gifts and support down to planets to help factions who play on PS3 to capture planets or regions. But even that is not true multiplayer, its just different games being somewhat connected.
