How to use Health Spray

Seriously, i go into inventory and all i can do with health spray is toss it. i can put herbs in my tablet thingy but dafaq do i use spray? im playing professional mode and i need it NOW... or later >.>

Equip it like you would do so with a grenade and then use it like you would with herb pills.
