Hackers ruins the game

Can't really play with my friend because of hackers keeps joining in as creature and uses hacks, so they teleport around the place and just insta kills you and you cant do anything about it really. Even got a screenshot of the one guy that kept coming in, kills us and then leave untill we load up a new session and then joins again for the same drill.. He's name is Shrieking Awesome and there is no way to report guys like this ?

Mods are great, hacks are bad.
However, using mods online is slightly questionable.

Yes, maybe VAC is not detect save editing.
But, save editing is not so different from cheating.
(even if that is a slightly better behavior than cheating)
because save editing can make special weapons use.
it make unfair situation to AH players.
