How to apply and install mods

So basic mods, like reskins and textures maybe, not even talking about like cheats of guns or console commands and the like, but how do you apply the mods?

There are plenty of websites where they offer reskins for RE6 characters - also are they in campaign mode? which I would very much like - you can just download them right?

But where do you put them? Which folder in the steam files?

Is it under nativePC>arc or nativePC>data like in Skyrim. Which is it? Or some other file?

I tried that, but I could not understand it. The black square of things but after that it just says "launch game"

Some of 'em work in campaigns.
nativePC > arc > DX9 (For most of mods, I guess)
& don't forget to back up the original files.

I forgot how to get back to the "black square part" and now i'm lost. I tried manually replacing the 4 files of the mod with the originals and backuped the original, but now helena's arm and torso are gone so i put them back. I really don't know how to do it manually, and i don't know how to operate the mod manager

Some mods also have bugs. So you should try to get another mod to see where the problem is.
I never tried to use the mod manager. xD So I don't really know much about it.

BAH. And you suggested it lol. Cos I already managed to get the manager up, but idk how to put a mod into it. So... It only says to run game or run trainer but not mods

I saw that one actually. But it did not really specify how to move it into mod manager in the first place.

Wel thank you anyway, but i think i figured it out. Copy and paste the file into mod manager "mods" file. But only the ones when downloaded were rar. files that had to be extracted seem to be combatible with it i find...I have yet to try just copy and pasting the ones that are in loose arc. files into the mod manager.

You need to run the Mod Manager as an administrator. Right click on it and select [Run as Administrator] for the [Mod Manager] options to be selectable.
