I know this is kinda late, but a VAC shouldn't trigger unless you change any dll or exe files, and as far as I know a nude mod replaces the .arc files, which is basically just textures. So applying it is fine.

Be wary though of posting screenshots using the Steam screenshot system should "naughty" bits be present. I've heard of reprecussions in terms of banning from forums and such, but I don't know for certain.
