any way to beat Haos when you have basically no ammo left on veteran

Knife deals a lot of damage to it, if you're Piers and it's the penultimate fight then there's still boxes in the boss arena you can get ammo from

Well as chris cant. Go farm ammo on another campaigns but as piers? Just do aim with his hand then do atk-release sequence fast. He can destroy Haos heart easily

Wait. You mean last boss fight right?

yes the one in the depressurization chamber. destroying the cocoon feels really inconsistent, I have no idea how much damage it can take, sometimes I destroy it and others it's just a waste of time, and I keep getting caught by that pull attack that gets it 2 guaranteed hits no matter what I do.

one fully charged attack from Piers instantly destroys the cocoon.

and I somehow get hit and lose most of my health when it climbs up the wall for some reason
God I love how this is a game where shooting is your only solution and they give you the same amount of ammunition as if it were a survival horror game.

You must shoot haos in its orange parts around his abdomen part, you can't shoot those spots if it is facing you, so move around it until you can get an angle on his orange weak spots, if you are piers, you can only destroy the cocoon when it is down in the water with you, don't try destroying the cocoon if it is on top of a container, You can't run out of ammo in that chamber, when it launches brown sacks on the walls and they plummet and disintegrate they leave ammo and points. After a cocoon haos is destroyed you must immediately run to haos and perform a melee prompt, it shows up no matter who you play as, both characters can do the prompt. Doing the prompt 3 times ends the boss fight. Good luck!

Anyway yea when HAOS inside cocoon after you destroyed its 2 hearts fully charged the cocoon with piers then stab its heart. Do it 3x then boss fight end :MisakiSmile:
