could not find latest windows media player

Hello, when I first enter the game, an error occurs which in the message says could not find latest windows media player, please download from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dowmload/default.aspx.

Please help :(

...so did you download it? Some users on w10 have had to manually get the video player because the in-game pre-rendered cutscenes utilize it

You downloaded and installed the media player? Try restarting your pc after that, also try windows 7 compatibility mode with RE6

I think it's about installing windows media player feature, when I installed windows media player feature but when I click on more windows features section it doesn't have windows media player option so I put a check mark to use it.
