Game crashes on startup

I try to open it and instantly crash. I really dont know what to do. Any help is appreciated.

Edit: Event Viewer on Windows said the problem is caused by nvd3dum.dll, but still don't know how to solve this problem.

not sure why it doesn't work, but "nvd3dum.dll" is definitely a Nvidia's dll - and so the game doesn't work because of some odd videocard settings or drivers

try to change all options in Nividia Control Panel. start with "Vsync" (I do vaguely remember some game didn't work because of "fast" Vsync option). also play around with "threaded optimization" and "low latency"

if it didn't work (and you tried all options), then consider updating or reinstalling videocard drivers

Search where that dll goes (generally it goes on system32) download it from internet (theres a page called dll files i get the dll from that page and i never had issues from that page) and place it then try it again.
