When teammates praise you or after helping you, you can press V to say Thanks.
You can also press V + W to say Yes or V + S to say No to a teammate's command
Eh, I think what you told here is to give another player/AI some praises or in-game command chat like on L4D2 and CSS (Z, X button). I'm sure what this thread starter means is real voice from their real partner in-game. From what I know, voices only heard when loading or some occasional events like cutscene. Other than that, maybe can't?
Typically we need to chat with your teammates when playing games (especially RE6 tbh).
