Does Onslaught mode support Splitscreen?

Same question as title. I'm interested in buying Onslaught mode to play with friends who enjoy playing the mercenaries with me, however I'm the only who has a decent rig so we tend to play splitscreen games on my system.
I've read some things that state that onslaught and the other DLC modes do not support splitscreen, however these were discussing console versions and were from many years ago. Can anyone help me out and fill me in on whether onslaught or any of the other DLC modes support splitscreen? Much thanks in advance.

You can't play any of those in spliscreen.
I think it's possible to enable splitscreen mode to it with Fluffy Manager 5000 and you might be able to possess P2 as local player. Don't quote me on that, though. Some people here might have the answer for that.

Alright thank you for that :) Unluckily though I'm not interested in the dlc's modes then. I might look into Fluffy Manager, thanks for the information :)

Then why aren't you using announcements in the matchmaking group?
