Report a translation problem
might be the wrong settings for sound output?try the following:
1) control panel - sound
2) disable all other devices but your "Default device"
3) double-click the entry that reads "Default device" - open "Advanced" tab - change "default format" to "24bit, 48000 Hz"
4) if you have Windows 8.1 or Windows 10, then double-click on "Default device" - open "Enhancements" tab - tick "Loudness Equalization"
5) right-click on the "Default device" - "Configure <<name>>" - select whatever mode is best for your (stereo for headphones and regular speakers) - click "Test" button to be sure that everything works right
