Model Swap Patch

I haven't played this game in forever and I am back and installing my old mods but I can't find the model swap patch by Wilsonso. Seen here:

The link is dead. Anyone know where else I can find it? I didn't see it on the modding forums either. Thanks for any help!

I found version 5.0 but it's not working. Is this the latest one?
