I have heard of Towns running on Win10, but only vaguely. Would you please post the entire/exact error log? Not just the error that pops up, but the output and error logs of the game as well (they should be accessible in the data folder; in case you're not familiar the easiest way to get there is right-click Towns in your Steam library, select "properties" and then "show local files", it'll be in either the main folder or the subfolder labelled "data"... it's been a while since I've dug one up so I'm not super sure heheh. Either way, the error log will be clearly marked so you won't miss it.)
I suspect that it's an issue with LWJGL, and if I had to make a guess, I'd say that the version which the game uses isn't supported on Win10. I've had similar issues in other games, and in those cases it's either a matter of getting the correct LWJGL version running or the game being patched to support the latest version. Sadly, there's no movement on any sort of compatability patch to ensure Towns runs smoothly on Win10.
Silly question but have you tried running Towns in compatability mode for whichever version of Windows it last worked on?

Am I missing something? What is LWJGL? That might be the issue.
Btw, I did try each and every compatibility just now (Before I submited the error log from Jan 7- Jan 14.. This isn't the full list. I did delete the steam file of it last year (Late 2017), because there was no point in keeping it.
Thanks for the full log. I was hoping the error would be a little more descriptive, but alas no new information there.
HOWEVER, a quick google search brought up thousands of identical threads across hundreds of other forums (particularly Minecraft -- it turns out hundreds or even thousands of MC players had the same issue when they made the jump from WinXP to Win7.) In the ones I've found marked "solved", the solution did prove to be updating the card drivers most of the time; however in many cases there was some added complication. For example, some people ended up installing the newer version without properly removing the old one.
My advice would be:
- if you haven't already, update openGL using the tool from the official openGL site
- if you haven't already used the manufacturer's site to download the latest drivers, try that -- various other third-party updaters exist (including Windows' own tool), but it's best to use your card manufacturer's one to ensure you get the correct version.
These tips are "general", I suspect you've already tried them but it doesn't hurt to repeat the info (also for the benefit of people coming along later with the same issue.)

-Updating my GPU driver (done nothing)
-I reinstall it (done nothing)
-I have changed lwjgl.jar a lot !
-Tweaked towns.bat (done nothing ?? i dont really know it just fixed the fact that it doesnt run)
-Remove and JAVA_OPTION that blocked java to take more the 512mb of ram (i have 24gb so 512mb is pretty much nothing)
-And i have check file on steam multiple time and last was the one who fixed it .
-No compatibility mode on the shortcut
So, for the rest of us, what do we need to do exactly.
