Cant download CryEngine

In cryengine web im typing the amount of money I want to set and then im getting 2 problems:

Im getting "username\password are wrong" which cant be true because i did couple resets to my password and still cant login.

or im creating a new account and then in the "Account details" I can get forward because of "internal server error".

Any help please ?

The whole launch is a big mess .The only way it worked for me is to create a new account

which I did, but got into Internal server error in account details.

I'm stuck too. None of the passwords work for my old account, and a password reset doesn't fix it. I get an error when I try to make a new account.

When I do sign in, it forces me to re input my private info, which then results in an internal error, if I decide not go and cancel, it logs me out, can't even access crydev, frustrating.

Same. I have sent a message to Crytek. Hopefuly they will resolve this quickly. I bought the Cryengine Humble Bundle, so I really want to try out the 137GB of models, and what not I spent good money on.

Me too, Really disapointed at this point. if not resolved ill put they keys up for sale on ebay.

I am getting the same internal error and "username/password" incorrect, which has been reset like 8 times
