Apologies for the late reply and sorry to hear it you cannot access the DLCs you purchased on Steam.
From what you described, it sounds to me as if you activated, by mistake, the DLC on a different Ubisoft account. When you launch Valhalla, it cannot find the licences for these DLCs.
Are you aware of a different Ubisoft account you may use? Perhaps a friend's account or someone's from your household?
If you cannot access this account, please create a support case via https://ubi.li/ss9Wu and ask for assistance with locating the account with the DLCs.
Keep in mind that DLCs purchased via Ubisoft Connect, may not be compatible with the Steam version of the game.
A case has already been open since 14th September on Ubisoft Support. Case no. is 21768656.
Complete details of my issue are shared in that conversatation i had with Ubisoft Support but they are still unable to solve the problem. I would also clarify that I have exactly only one steam account and only one Ubisoft account which are linked since I first purchased AC Valhalla on Steam last year. Please look into the matter.
Also, please know that I purchased AC Valhalla base game on steam and also the Season Pass on steam because I knew that same platform should be used for purchase.
Someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please wait.
In the meantime, try reinstalling the game completely, but this time install it via Ubisoft Connect. Perhaps the DLC did not trigger correctly before.
If your Steam season pass licence is correctly activated and the DLC in on the same Ubisoft account that the main game, perhaps reinstalling it via UC will help.
If not, our email team will need to look into it.
I did a complete uninstall and reinstall of AC Valhalla on steam and the issue still existed. The problem is that the season pass doesn't even show as owned on my ubisoft connect account, it looks like it wants me to purchase the season pass on ubisoft connect app (I don't think the dlc got activated on my ubisoft account). It takes soo much time (days) to download this 158 GB game on my internet, how can I be sure that reinstalling the game from Ubisoft coonect launcher would even fix my issue at all?
Also, the Ubisoft support team has not been replying since like 2-3 days. I feel like they abandoned my request.
I'm sure your case was not abandoned. It's just a busier period for our email support team, so it takes them longer to get to it.
As for the guarantee that re-installing the game via Ubisoft Connect will grant you the missing season pass, there is none, sadly. It's just a troubleshooting step.
I understand the 158GB can be a hefty amount of data to download. You need to make this decision yourself, if you want to try or not. I don't know your broadband speed and how long it would take you.
