Adjusting the page file does not work for me. I have tried every possible solution and have spent over 30 hours looking for and trying solutions.

Probably in the majority of cases, adjusting the pagefile does nothing for any problem. That's often a placebo... the well intentioned author THINKS that's what solved whatever problem they were having.

Intermittent problems can have you chasing your tail.

If you're actively using your pagefile (to the point that Windows has to increase it) you need more RAM.

That said, it doesn't hurt to set a larger minimum size in Windows and leave the maximum unset, or set very large.

well what i did was i installed the game. on a ssd. drive. then alocated more ram to that SSD. of 32gb. as my computer doesnt use all 32gb. i just put the max ram. in as it said in the video for the drive. and what not. and i havent crashed at all. since i been using that method.

Yeah, I did the stupid thing of bying the game.
I tried your sollution, but to no success.
The longest I had was 30-ish minutes, but cannot get it longer then 3 now. Mostly just freeze-crashes right at the menu. Have to reset my PC a couple of times too.

There is a SERIOUS memory leak built in this game.
The 30 minutes that it worked? Windowed 1280*768, lowest settings. I kept the Process Explorer running, and watched as the RAM usage RAPIDLY rises to the point of crashing my PC.
Can still play Cyberpunk (after patches, of course), and a LOT of other stuff without a single issue, this one tho - noup.

This really sucks.

Why is it always that you have to perform a f-ing surgery before u can play a game which u paid the price for normally.. isn't this an issue for the company to resolve? i mean.. we paid?

Hello everyone.

Sorry to hear that Assassin's Creed Valhalla is crashing on your PCs.

Please try all the steps from our PC troubleshooting guide:
Troubleshooting technical issues on PC[www.ubisoft.com]

Make sure you update not only your graphics card drivers but also check for ALL available updates to your motherboard on the manufacturer's website.

Disconnect any additional USB devices, other than mouse and keyboard for testing purposes (any USB hubs, headsets etc).

Disable ALL 3rd party, unnecessary applications running in the background, especially 3rd party overlays like GeForce Experience, Overwolf and Discord.
Disabling background applications on PC[www.ubisoft.com]

If nothing of the above helps you, please generate diagnostic files from your PCs and attach them to a support ticket for analysis:
Generating DxDiag and MsInfo system reports[www.ubisoft.com]

Also, please include the Ubisoft Connect logs that can be found in the Ubisoft Connect installation path, in the Logs folder - launcher_log, network_info and service_log.
The default path would be:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\Logs

Stop with the same useless automated responses please Ubisoft, This is pathetic.
I came here as I own the game on Ubisoft not on Steam and hoping there was a fix, Nothing but constant crashes and freezing.
Search on Google and reddit, It's NOT people's pc's it's the game.
Need class action lawsuit, This should not be for sale as it doesn't work for more than 30 minutes no matter what temporary fix people try.
No way this game can't run on my pc, 4080 RTX and I'm not even at 4k just 1440p.
32Gb DDR5, 12700k cpu, 2TB Samsung 980 pro M.2

Same here, 4090 though with 990 pro NVME. Same problems for years. Same support scripted response to go along with the problem.
Shocking that Ubisoft is struggling.
