I clear the area solo, but I need the troop to open certain doors. The game crashes before I complete the area.
I'll stop playing it for now. Maybe I'll try it again in a few months.

- Try to have both the game and Ubisoft Connect and Steam on the same drive
- Add Ubisoft Connect and the game to your anti-virus/firewall whitelist

If you want to know the specifications that I use, here they are:
i5 11400H
16GB RAM
RTX 3060 6GB
with 75 GB Free Space (after installing AC Valhalla)
using latest windows 11 version 24H2 and latest nvidia driver 566.36

Do you get any error messages when the crash occurs? If so, could you send us a screenshot of this error message?
Please perform a DISM/SFC [ubi.li] scan on your PC, as this will identify and repair any potential issues with your operating system.

If you wanna know something, i try this game on different device and it use older hardware :
i3 10100f
8GB RAM
RX 560 4GB
No issues whatsoever, despite the game only running at 30fps using all low settings and fsr upscaling.
But something different happened with my more powerful device. Maybe it's a problem with your support for nvidia drivers.
If the problem is still present, please do the following:
- Perform a clean GPU drivers installation by choosing "Custom installation" and then selecting the option to perform a clean installation
- Restart your PC
- Start the game with administrator rights
- Test the game
Should you still need support, please proceed with the following:
