Crashing during Raid

Has anyone else experienced crashes during a raid?

Firstly, my game crashes when raiding after using Horn to summon troops (I overcame this by raiding without troops and solo, but what's the fun of raiding alone ?).

Secondly, when doing the main mission which is Raid with Birna the game crashes when I enter the area and kill some guards there.

One thing I noticed when it crashed on the Raid mission with Birna was that the guard npc randomly attacked in an indeterminate direction using arrows before my game crashed.

Is this related to ubisoft's bad coding? Is there any way to solve this? I can't progress this game just because it crashes on one of the missions.

I've been trying to raid Saint Albanes Abbey in Oxenefordscire since yesterday.
I clear the area solo, but I need the troop to open certain doors. The game crashes before I complete the area.
I'll stop playing it for now. Maybe I'll try it again in a few months.

I really hope AC Shadows isn't the same disappointment! 😠

I've tried all the troubleshooting methods, I've even tried things like system paging.

If you want to know the specifications that I use, here they are:
i5 11400H
16GB RAM
RTX 3060 6GB
with 75 GB Free Space (after installing AC Valhalla)
using latest windows 11 version 24H2 and latest nvidia driver 566.36

Please perform a DISM/SFC [ubi.li] scan on your PC, as this will identify and repair any potential issues with your operating system.

No, it showing nothing when the game crashed. Just straight to the desktop.

If you wanna know something, i try this game on different device and it use older hardware :
i3 10100f
8GB RAM
RX 560 4GB

No issues whatsoever, despite the game only running at 30fps using all low settings and fsr upscaling.

But something different happened with my more powerful device. Maybe it's a problem with your support for nvidia drivers.

Hello @Shi Wuxia, I am sorry that you're having issues with Assassin's Creed Valhalla.
If the problem is still present, please do the following:
- Perform a clean GPU drivers installation by choosing "Custom installation" and then selecting the option to perform a clean installation
- Restart your PC
- Start the game with administrator rights
- Test the game

Should you still need support, please proceed with the following:
