DLC Not Working
I purchased the Season Pass, Siege of Paris DLC, and the Wrath of the Druids DLC, and I still cannot access any of those items (I bought the Season Pass thinking that might be the reason why Wrath of the Druids and Siege of Paris were not working). None of those items show up in game where they're are supposed to be. I do not have any quests for them in my quest log, there are no letters, Randvi has no dialog associated with them, and Azar does not show up on the docks.

My Settlement is level 5, my character is level 250+, and I've allied with at least 5 shires.

The base game was gifted to me two years ago (Ragnarok version, because I've been able to play that DLC, The Forgotten Saga, and A Fated Encounter) but it appears I can't get any new content for it.

Please help. Really bummed to have bought the DLC and can't play it. First time I've ever bought something on Steam and still don't have access to what I paid for.

Hey there ColorsFade,

sorry to hear that the DLC's Siege of Paris and Wrath of the Druids does not appear for you in game even though you have obtained the Season Pass.

Just to double-check, have you got one of the regions completed to a 100%? As this is the main requirement for both DLC's before the quest would appear for you in the quest log.

In case you have not completed a region in the game to 100%, you can access the following articles we have available:

Should you however have regions completed to 100% and the issue still occurs, I would advise trying the following to see if this may help to resolve the issue:

1. Delete the Download Cache on Steam. That can help with certain issues.

2. Restart your PC and login to Steam. Once logged in, try to repair your storage folder as this can also help to resolve certain issues with game files that are damaged, missing or corrupted. On the Steam client, click on Settings >> Storage >> click on the 3 dots on the top right >> Repair Folder
