Try, turnoff internet if it works, if doesnt DONT buy Ubi game ever again
There are good historical/fantasy RPG games like WItcher 3 or Kingdom come 1 2 DRM free, (no online requirement or stupid launcher) , you can even tak it on USB and take it with u when u travel... try GOG com store for DRM free games
DIscord recently updated it's overlay and it silently reset all the overlay settings, so it enabled it for all games. Making sure the overlay was disabled for this game stopped the crashes completely. I'm guessing it doesn't play well with Ubisoft's overlay or something.
Hi Dh'oine,
Apologies for the late response. I'm also sorry to hear that Assassin's Creed Valhalla has suddenly started crashing.
If you are still experiencing this could you go please take a look at the troubleshooting listed below, and go through any of the steps you may not have tried to see if that helps:
- General PC troubleshooting[ubi.li]
- Clear Ubisoft Connect cache[ubi.li]
- Clear Steam cache[ubi.li]
- Ensure your game is running on a dedicated GPU[ubi.li]rather than an integrated GPU.
- Launch the game in Windows compatibility mode[ubi.li]if you are using Windows 11.
