AC Valhalla stuck on splash screen

hey guys, when i open the game it get stuck on splash screen forever, its installed on my ssd (C:) with uplay aswell, i have tried pretty much everything like run as admin etc. but nothing works, any idea how can i fix? dont wanna refund the game.

Apologies for the late response. I'm also sorry to hear that you are stuck on the splash screen.

If this is still happening can you take a look at the PC troubleshooting in the link below and go through any of the steps you may not have tried, then try again:
