I don't have your exact card/GPU, but I'd start by finding Valhalla in the games list in Nvidia CP and then selecting "override any application setting" for AA. Try various AA settings, some may not work great, but usually there's a good combo of forced AA you can find that works well.
Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about your experience.
Can you please confirm if you tried the solution provided by @Umakurokoto, by any chance?
Many thanks and if you have any additional questions, please let us know.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply Mark. This post was just for share purposes to any people affected, that it isn't actually their hardware fault, but the game itself on that particular scene.
I understand the frustation of thinking it can be your hardware and sometimes it isn't the case, as it is proven in the videos I posted.
I've tried to change AA settings through NVIDIA Control Panel and I got rid of it on that particular scene, yes, but the default settings all point out to be an in-game rendering issue, as you have other videos with the same thing.
Thanks.
Thank you for sharing this with us!
I'm glad that the issue has been resolved for you. I'll also pass it along to the team.
Happy gaming and if you have any other questions, please let us know!
