Dualsense controller issues

I have the problem about playing assassin's creed valhalla with dualsense controller, the steam controllers list show that this game is supported the dualsense controller, including dualsense edge, but in game, it cannot work properly, I had raised the help case support via ubisoft support case page, it seems they have not supported deeply :(

If you're still having a problem, try right-clicking on the game title in the Library, going to Properties -> Select Controller on the left -> from the Override drop-down Disable then Enable Steam Input. After that it started working for me

When I enable the steam input, it is working but incorrect input mapping controller key , and disable again. it don't work

Can you try right clicking the game in your Steam library then select Properties > Controller and select Controller Configurator to remap your controller.

I tried that way, after disabling the steam controller input, it did not work, and when I enabled the steam controller input, it is incorrect input mapping, when I select Controller Configurator, the steam showed that my dualsense controller is ready for this game

Sorry to confirm when you went to the controller configurator to remap the controls the buttons were already correct and nothing needed changing? If so did you still have an issue with the controls after you launched the game?

After launching the game without enabling the Steam Input, the controller button is not working when pressing the controller button (any buttons), and after enabling the Steam Input, it is mapped the layout incorrect

Can you try the following:

Go to Steam in the top right corner > Settings > Controller and under PlayStation Controller Support select 'Enabled'. Also ensure that the input for Xbox controllers is disabled.

Hi, sorry for the late response.

Thanks for the video and images provided. I can see that you are using a DualSense Edge controller, are you experiencing the same issue with the regular DualSense controller too?

Can you also confirm what USB devices you have plugged in and if you are you using your controller with a wired or wireless connection?

The regular dualsense controller also impacted with the same issues.
Still, I tested the connection for both of them via the usb cables (known as wired mode),

I've got the same problem. When ubisoft connect launched with steam together, all games from ubisoft connect (including games which bought and launched through steam and without it) can't recognise dualsense, controller just dont turn on (wire mode) after launching game. When i close steam app, then problem with controller in ubisoft connect's games solved immediately. But we can't close steam if game launched through it. I suppose it's conflict between two apps (Ubisoft Connect and Steam).
