AC Valhalla excessive load time at first boot
I have a 5900x CPU, 6TB gen4 PCIE SSD M.2, 64gb RAM, 3090 RTX, and AC Valhalla takes 5 minutes to launch on first start. I haven't bothered playing the game yet becuase of this and if I can't fix it I will be looking for a refund. Most games I own load in seconds. Some are instant. I haven't seen 5 minute load times since I owned a Commodore Vic 20 with a tape drive. That's 5-6 literal minutes, no exaggeration whatsoever, measured on a stopwatch numerous times. I've read almost an entire 350 page book running this test over and over. Steam says I've play 117 minutes. Literally every second of that 117 minutes is load times as I have no save games and have not initiated a new game yet at all. In summary 117 minutes of load times and I literally haven't played the game for a single second. Just wow. Anyone have any ideas?

I am sorry that the game takes a long time to load for you.

Could you let me know where it is stuck exactly? Is it looking for additional content or something else? Do you have any other programs running in the background while starting the game?

Just a note. This Friday makes two weeks without a response on the service ticket. And, both here and in my review you ask questions but never respond with anything when I give an answer. If I don't have a fix by Friday unfortunately I will be giving up and requesting a refund.

No programs are running in the background. The splash takes four (4) minutes to load. The rest of the load time takes one (1) minute to load including "looking for content." So the splash is the biggest choke point.

I have three monitors and after three hours of testing load times I discovered that load times are cut by 1/3 for each monitor I disable. This tells me that Ubisoft did a crappy PC port and then quit on us.
