Bug with the Order Seals?

Hallo,
I have eliminated all members of the Order, inc. Aelfred. Yet I have 14 of the 15 seals/medals needed an can not finish the quest with Hytham. Is this a bug or did I miss a seal? The deathh of all members was confirmed and on the chart they are all reavealed and red/elminated.

I am sorry to read that you did not receive all the medallions for taking care of the Order.

Have you already completed the Hamtunscire Arc?

Hello,

I did the entire Hamtunscire Quest and all lands in England have been conquered. If I understood correctly, you get a seal from every member you kill. And they are all dead, except King Aelfred, which gave me his seal in exile. So There are no more members of the order to kill.
I already noticed that this wont work out when I was in the last stage of this quest, and I only had 8 members to eliminate, and Hytham's dialog stated "Deliver 15 Seals", and I could coun't that there are only 14 more obtainable. I was hoping that one would be found in Aelfreds office.
I don't know how to end or fix this.

PS: Is it possible, that I might have missed confirming the death of an order-member? Does the chart show members as eliminated (red), even if you don't confirm the kill?

Could you please try fast travelling to Vinland then back to England and check your inventory again to see if your medallions increase to 15.

It worked! Very strange though - instead of 15 medals, I got 17, i.e. plus 3!
