Thanks yeah, I keep the hood down, but cloaks for me are the most enjoyable armor piece to manipulate cosmetically. I guess it will have to do for now, and hopefully it will resolve itself like it did on your end. Thanks for the reply.
travel to your camp summon your horse ...and while you press to jump on it also press the button for un cloack ...and it should dissapear at least it did for me ...
Kudos - if it works!
Personally, I just didn't wear the hood in Glowecesterscire unless I absolutely had to.
For keyboard users the action is in the wheel action they probably never use unlike gamepad users.
The base error design is have make it a special mechanic instead of just have add a Mari Lwyd cape & mask to the player inventory. I get the problem of requesting some extra dialog and block the quest steps if the player isn't wearing it, but it should have make a good extra trick and the NPC coming with MC could have hint to player to wear the cloak.
For wearing it off, for me it worked to remove the current cloak worn, and activate manually the cloak, and wear again a cloak and repeat, and repeat this for each equipment set. And just equip unequip the current cloak didn't work if I remember well.
I read that for many players what worked is mount a horse and on horse manually activate the cloak.
Yes, it should have simply been another cloak, so we would have control over it. Good idea.
For removing the bug, sorry that nothing works. Did you really tried the reset of all equipment sets? It's a trick I had read somewhere and it seems it's what worked for me, not sure.
I'm glad you were able to solve the issue.
As for the cloak and mask reappearing when entering Glowecestrescire, please note that this is working as intended.
Please let us know if you need further support.
Thank you very much.
