Finishing Ravensthorpe level 6

Something strange has happened in Ravensthorpe, the ledger says everything is ready for the final upgrades, but the signs with which we interact to effect an upgrade, those signs are all gone! I do have more than a sufficient amount of required items to upgrade the farm, and so on, but there are no "signs" to use for upgrading.
So, is there a way to reset the settlement in the same way one can redo skills?
Or another solution?

I'm sorry that you are not able to upgrade your settlement to level 6.

Would it be possible for you to test an earlier save, before you upgraded the last building needed to reach level 6 and check if the issue happens again?

I would also like to know if you have already updated the game to version 1.7

No,
I only have the very first save; after that I rotate 3 or 4 slots only. It happened a long time ago, and even after I noticed it, I was too busy being Viking until now.
I have: Ver. 1.7.0 updated 2/21/23 1:31PM.
If I may, could you explain what that 6th upgrade to the buildings would do for Eivor? Is it needed to complete the game?

The 6th upgrade allows to buy even more and rare items like Skills Scrolls and Tungsten Ingots, but also unlocks the ability to buy some cosmetics, weapons and materials.

You will also get a trophy for reaching the 6th upgrade of your settlement.

It is not needed to complete the game.
