I'm afraid I don't quite understand your query.
Is the DLC inaccessible in-game after launch?
Or are you unable to view your purchase receipt for the game in Ubisoft Connect?
If it's the latter - purchase information is only available on the platform you bought the game on, in this case, Steam.

Im not able to view my DLC information in Ubisoft Connect
and cannot lunch DLC
the purchase info only is original Deluxe Edition without Ragnarok and Season pass DLCs in Ubisoft Connect
I also got the answer from Customer Support from UBISoft Taiwan
but full purchase receipt show completely in STEAM
Even i reinstall Valhalla ,
still cannot see my DLC info in UBIsit Connect

As you purchased the game and DLC via Steam, it is intended that you cannot view your purchase information via Ubisoft Connect - as this is not where you physically purchased the game.
Are you able to see your purchase of the Season Pass and Ragnarock Expansion in your Steam purchase history[ubi.li] to confirm you own the DLC on Steam?

I recently fall in love with norse mythology due to VALHALLA
This is also my first time to get new PC with high spec video card and buy UBISoft game!

Please ensure the DLC is ticked as this will install it if it hasn't been done already.

Yes, two approach to check DLC if are available I've done before
the DLC check box are enabled
but I still cannot launch!!
The DLC Content only activates after you progress the Main Story

Yes, i've completed 2 County / Shire story mission ,It should be meet the requirement to trigger the DLC !
I've raised support ticket 17602470 for 10 days
and provided all DLC showing as installed in STAEM and Proof of Purchase of DLC
no response for my problem of playing DLC
