Which region am I in that includes German, Spanish LATAM, Russian and Brazilian Portugese?
Hey Razor,
As kmarkopl has noted - some titles are language locked.
Typically Russian and Chinese are region specific (ie. English is not available in RU and RU not available for other region copies).
Steam should provide a warning before purchase if this will apply to you.
Or if you could share what language(s) you're looking to play in, we can confirm this.
Thank you!

Hey Razor,
We appreciate the feedback, but please understand we have no direct influence over how Epic or Valve dictate regions for game purchases.
As per my previous post - we're happy to see if we can provide some expectation as to what languages will be available for your region, should you provide this and we have made some changes to the Ubisoft Store to accommodate Ukrainian players if this applies to you, but we can't confirm if this applies to Steam as this is not our storefront.

I once had a negative experience when living in Turkey, I bought Far Cry 6 on the Epic Store, and was surprised to find that only English and Spanish were available in the game, instead of all the listed on the store page. At the Uplay store couldn't buy at all because "oops, your payment could not be processed." (you can find dozens of threads on reddit about it). Since then, I don't trust "third-party stores" at all. I have to buy only from Steam.
I'm sorry to hear you'd had trouble purchasing Far Cry 6 on our Ubisoft Store. That's really unusual! We've got a support article here[www.ubisoft.com] explaining some common reasons for why a payment might fail, but if it continues to happen with any further purchases you try in the future, please reach out to our support teams directly. They'll be able to take a closer look at the transaction and help you solve it.
