If ubisoft goes bankrupt what happens to our games considering everything runs through uplay or Ubisoft connect?

Ubisoft is not going bankrupt.
If anything they will be bought and there will be new people in charge.
I doubt it, if that happens some other publisher will buy the rights. That's what happened to THQ, they were all auctioned off. Worked out good for Titan Quest and Darksiders, Nordic re-mastered them, gave the re-masters for free to people who had bought the originals from THQ and made expansions and sequels. Sega on the other hand bought the rights to Dawn of War, THQ's biggest IP and royally messed it up.

There was also the Games for Windows Live thing, a lot of games used that as extra protection, then it was shut down. Most games just had it removed but some (usually from closed studios) were stuck with it and couldn't be started. Didn't take long for ways around it to appear on the internet though and I'd imagine the same would happen here if we really were locked out.

Some Ubisoft games, like the Division, which runs from Ubi's servers and is quite old now, are pretty at risk though I'd imagine. Hopefully AC Shadows is a big hit and Ubi pull through.

lol copium. ubi will be tencent owned by this time next year
thing is and history has tought us, we can't possibly wait for better things from a mulitnational shareholder meeting than the same family that started the whole thing, I'm one of the people that enjoys their games but alkiviades with red cheeks is where I kinda draw the line, valhalla, didn't even bother, it was so made up that even woke people should be like "tf?"
I guess the correct answer is 'these games were never yours'. Bring in the lawyers.

THQ was founded in the 1990s. Toward the end, they had financial issues, including not being able to pay pack a $50 million loan.

Nordic bought the THQ name, along with a bunch of IPs.
Ubisoft bought the publishing rights to South Park Stick of Truth, along with the developer.

Games For Wiindows Live was shut down, due to changes in things.
No more GFWL keys were being offered, and the client was removed from the Microsoft site.
Not all games got converted to Steamworks.

Yeah i’m aware i don’t technically own them eula’s have exist for years though they all say the same thing, you don’t own your game.I just never thought they would actually take them away. first eula i read was back early 2010ish(probably earlier) text document that was on my pc back then was a EA one.it telling me i don’t own my game and have only purchased a license to play it. Even they weren’t stupid enough to take people games away.
everything server-related is at risk. always. from any studio.

ppl need to fight online-only content, but looking at crazy levels of online-only content nowadays, i guess everyone is "comfortable to not own".

welp, at least its not that bad situation as with films/series industry, which is completely subscription based nowadays.
I've heard Tencent wants to buy Ubisoft

It’s not their games I have a problem with it’s their business practices.
