No, I don't think so. How did you activated the Upscaler interface inside Valhalla? Which is the route where you have pasted the files? If it is not fake, you should upload a complete video showing, at least, the interface and proper instructions explaning what you are doing to enable it...

Hoping to bump this to the top for visibility, this absolutely does work and is quite magical in regards to the performance uplift without the unwanted degradation of the image that FSR can introduce.

My FPS went from 60-70 to 90-110 completely maxed out @ 7680x2160 (Samsung G9 Neo GN95C dual 4K) with a 4090

Installation is fairly straightforward, simply follow the instructions for the Starfield FG mod here: https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/761?tab=description

This makes me wonder if you can do this in almost any fsr enabled game. Or maybe its only fsr 2+?

I wonder what the requirements are for this mod to work. I'm fairly uneducated on making dlss work in games its not natively present in.

Actually FSR uses a DX12 plugin interface developed by Nvidia and Microsoft. So basically what modders are doing to add DLSS is using Nvidia's Open Source Streamline application with the Open Source DLSS SDK which anyone can download and use for free. The way the plugin interface works by design is if you add just one of the 3 technologies (DLSS, FSR, XeSS) then the other two can be easily added. You can even use Nvidia's Streamline to add FSR to games that only support DLSS or XeSS

Game developers really should be offering all three if they are going to go to the trouble to add one. There really is no reason to not add all three other than plain old laziness when the tools to do so in a matter of minutes are free and Open Source ......

I don't think that this actually works since the mod requires FSR2 and the game only has FSR.

Hi, just letting you know this works perfectly fine (makes me wonder on how much more games something like this will work). I installed the mod as mentioned on Nexus et voilà: My 3080ti gets from 75fps average to a 113fps on 4K with ultra settings
