The Asgard missions

If I do them in 1-2 takes will it be mentioned in some story missions?
Or it's a completely side quests so I can do them whenever I want even clear everything in Asgard in 1-2-3 potion takes?

I would just recommend finishing Asgard and Jotunheim before you return to Norway after completing England, but you can keep drinking as many potions as you want and finish those quests at your own pace.

The mythological content after that, Dawn of Ragnarok and Forgotten Saga, can be left for after you beat the main story.

Yeah, I also learned that the last boss in Asgard requierd 255 power so I should at least wait untill I'm there (actually I'll just finish it at 255 and that's it)

Just so you know, the last boss of Asgard is only unlocked after you complete Asgard and Jotunheim storylines, you can do a lot there before that level.

What is Jotunheim storyline? Will it be open later in the game or I will get access to this in Asgard?

After you complete Asgard the first time you unlock a new map, only after that area is also complete that you return to face the last boss.
