Weekly free gift .. ( BUG )

I ask you, that most likely you are more helpful than ubisoft support who replies if you are lucky in one or two months..

today I redeemed the weekly free gift but when I did it the message appeared: you have already reached the maximum for this reward, without even showing me what it was.

Is it possible that in my 4 received gifts I caught a duplicate and this message appeared?

or is it a bug.. thanks to whoever has a few minutes to devote to this discussion.

PS: ubi you are useless I have an open ticket for two months and still no response. with love

They can't even do MTX right, FFS. They like to take your money but if something goes wrong and you're the screwed one, they don't give a ♥♥♥♥.

This company is such a disappointment, again and again. What a disgrace to the AC series (the company, not the game itself). I hope they go bankrupt soon.

Just happened now on my end too got a error and now I have 6 days cooldown, no new item was added to my account, restarted steam, uplay and the game nothing, amazing.

Yeah apparently they have completely removed the free item listing from the store. What a failure. Let's see if they try to redeem themselves by fixing it and giving everyone a chance at picking it up.

Ubi has acknowledged that something is wrong with the free item and have taken it off until fixed. I imagine you will get a second chance at a roll once its fixed.
