medallion bug? any fix?

hey people i was reading and think still in 2023 they never fixed the bug where i have 14 medallions and not 15. i finished the game and was trying to complete all quest and then found out that if you give hytham the medallions before u finsih main story that he gets bugged. so now i cant complete quest which feels really disappointing as ive put hours into game. any help would be nice

Travel to Vinland then back to England. The 15th medallion will appear.

My response to a previous thread. May be relevant here ?

"I did all the the listed before the Trip to Norway. (All the order except the leader of the order - see below)

The pledging to all existing territories is key to trigger the Norway arc
The Norway mission did not pop up. I noticed a speech box in the bedroom next to the map room. It was the brother and the conversation triggered the return journey.

The return to Norway is also quite a long quest.
Once completed, it triggers a final area on the map. This final area also contains the final piece of the Order (the leader). So you will go to Norway with 5 out of 6 clues for the head of the order. When you return you will get clue 6

Once you finish the Asgard arc, it triggers the Jotunheim arc
Nilfhiem is not a requirement (it is suggested to do that after the Dawn of Ragnorok dlc)

Once all the below is done you trigger "The Last Chapter"
Finished it a couple of weeks ago (130 hrs)"
