That said, I never noticed, it's clearly not the best HUB design in rpg, but it's hardly the only NPC harassing you with vocals repeated again and again.
After hours and hours i've returned to Raventhorpe just the day before yesterday and Refa just sat there in his booth, contemplating. It was peaceful.
While on the other hand over the last weeks when i returned to Raventhorpe he always had a crowd of children gathered and kept promising them "one last story..." over and over again. "In a desert land far far away there lived a scholar... he was a king of some sort... and this scholar had a wife..."
At that point i had usually escaped his sound bubble or i pressed [Ctrl]+[D] in a desperate attempt to end this misery once and for all...
