Game size 158GB includes dlcs?

Well I bought standard edition, size after download is 158gb, does that mean dlcs are included, so if I get dlcs I'll access to them directly or I have to download dlcs after purchase?

download size is the same regardless whether you own the dlcs or not

I have all DLCs and its still the same size as basic.
