Just want to make sure it doesn't before I buy it.

In-App Purchases is another word for microtransactions. Yes the game does have microtransactions, you can buy armour and weapon sets, cosmetics and time savers if I remember correctly.

How intrusive is the whole thing? I have a low tolerance for those. Even Shadow of War, where it was patched out and replaced with the gems, was annoying and kind of ruined the game (tho it wasn't the only thing).

Not intrusive at all. If you want them, you can get them. If you don't want them, they're easy to ignore.

game have "skins" and time saver bundle aka treasure maps and materials same as in AC Origins and AC Odyssey. Skins you can get from npc by spending opals, time save bundle obviously just to save your time instead of searching for materials or searching for treasures blindly . All of this is pointless if you don't rush game because you find everything on map anyway

complete SoW 100%, gems is easy to farm in late game . Idk why you have problem with it

While online you have other players jormviking in each and every fluvial port. They're often fantasy themed with unicorn, molten lava armor, swords glowing like lightsabers or farting rainbows.

The ingame shop has an annoying talking head spewing the same line over and over when you enter your village.

Money is completely irrealist, with haircuts costing 100x more than provisions and arrows for your bow. Unlocking every cosmetic item is an insane grind.
