On mine it's only 131 GB and that's with the two Season Pass DLCs .... So obviously without the 2 DLCs it's smaller than 131 GB ..... Probably 105 - 110 GB

Unless of course Steam is adding in extra bloat, mine was from Ubisoft because it came with an AMD CPU upgrade 3 months before the game released

I dont think it matters if you bought the dlc or not, the game still gonna download the whole thing. I have full dlc on uplay and only the base game on steam. Steam download size is similar to uplay and there is no additional dlc downloaded once it launches uplay.

That doesn't matter...even if you only have the base game, the dlcs are already installed, buying them only unlocks them...so the weight is the same.
