♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I hate these expansions. I had no idea this was an expansion quest, it just randomly popped up for me once I reached England. It was in a power lever 20 zone, so I thought yeah, lets do it. Then the quest takes me out of the known location, puts me in some sort of different realm I assume in a dream sequence, gives me a few pushover enemies, and then throws a boss at me that requires like hours of preparation in unlocking skills, power level and equipment. I had no idea about any of that, I just started the game a few hours ago, I have barely upgraded my starter gear, the game never told me to anticipate a significant difficulty spike in this mission and now I'm basically soft locked since 1 of the 3 weak points of Surtr is basically unreachable, and a basic light attack does about 1/500th damage of his health. I was enjoying the game up until this point, even though it annoyed me that the game dumped a bunch of legendary gear on me as soon as I started the game cause of some DLC cash grab that came with the deluxe edition, but this really pisses me off. ♥♥♥♥♥ sake with these super high-level expansions dumped onto the very beginning of the game without any pacing.

Yeah same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ here. I was like WTF this is a huge jump in difficulty. WHY was this pressing me to do it...

Yeah, if you look in your quests, it will show up down towards the bottom of your list and the recommended level is over 300 if Im not mistaken. I saved it for later. You can leave that dream. Come back later once youve leveled up.
There is a really tough animal mob in another dream sequence that takes place with the Seer potions. I looked him up and its recommended to be level 380 I think the web said. Ive found I can be lower level because my equipment is really good. Ill probably do those once I hit 300. Im mid 200s now.
