No more use for fabric?

After you upgrade your quiver, ration pack and give 5 to the alter, is there any other use for fabric? I've got like 30 extra right now with nothing to use it on (armor upgrades use titanium). Also can't sell it to merchants.

The OP was referring to a situation where the player has already maxed out their quiver and ration pack (and has completed the altar quest about fabric). The question is whether there's still a use for fabric in that situation.

To answer the question, since no one else did: I don't know of any further use of fabric either, but I haven't completed the game yet. But it seems to be fairly typical for the game that certain groups of resources are scarce at first, then you get more of them, and eventually they become useless and just pile up in your inventory. I'm currently in Ireland and my trade posts shower me with goods, but I've already made all the trades I can. At least I can turn them into silver. But I don't really need silver any more either.

I really need silver if I'm going to upgrade all these items (at least the ones I find cool). I'm constantly below 1k silver.

How you use money (silver) to make the upgrades? I buy regularly some resources in shops but it's not much because the refill rare is slow, and there isn't shops but one mirrored all over the world, so buy in one and check in another won't work.

I guess I go do other stuff for at least 20 mins and then come back and it's restocked. Maybe progress further into the game?
