Cloak disappears during viewpoint synchronization

I only bought the game recently, so I don't know if this is a common issue or not. I tried Google search, but couldn't find anything about this. When the camera goes far enough from Eivor (quite further than you can get with photo mode), the cape and shoulder parts become completely invisible, while the hood stays as normal. This happens every time I synchronize a viewpoint, about midway through the cutscene. Tried with different cloaks, hooded and unhooded, it always disappears. I am running on Ultra High settings, and otherwise the game is running very smoothly. Does anyone have this bug? It's very distracting for me.
