Completed Game 100% Twice But It's Not Saving The Progress

Has anybody else had any save issues with this game? I've 100% completed McPixel twice, but the game hasn't saved gag completion or Extra unlocks after Chapter 2.

I have both the level editor and Fart Along unlocked, but it seems that no matter how many times I re-collect all the gags for the final two chapters the Extras associated with those chapters will remain unlocked only until the game is closed. The next time the game is started up, the save seems to revert back to only having Chapters 1 and 2 100%'d.

Any help would be appreciated.

Oh my! Apologies for that. I'll look into it ASAP. Can you tell me what status is it showing for chapters 3 and 4? (Beaten? Played? Unplayed?) Also, what system are you using? (Windows? Mac?) I wonder what could have caused that. Did anyone else experience that?

Thanks for the reply! Yeah, I haven't had any luck finding anyone else online that's had this happen. Here's the information you requested.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 is my operating system.

All normal Rounds for Chapters 3 and 4 have been "beaten" without all the gags or bonus rounds unlocked. When I go back and complete them, the progress is lost when I restart the game.
