2 friends and I were playing. 2 of us died and it wouldn't let the 3rd friend use the hacking device on the vault. We assumed with all other players dead, it would work as if you were playing by yourself. Not sure if it's a bug or not but really frustrating as we were on our 3rd heist and had to forfeit.

Indeed, when you launch in multiplayer mode, you absolutely need at least two players to be able to use the hacking device. I understand your feedback and the frustration you’ve experienced. I’ll make sure to pass your comments along to our game designers.
