In chapter 2 i loaded a save and lost all my items + spawned at a wrong place (both auto and manual saves).

Now I don't know if this has do with the durability of the weapon, but when I toss a weapon it would simply disappear, either by hitting an enemy / killing it / enemy picking up the weapon and then killing it (it only happened two times)

This is durability at play. If a weapon is low and you throw it, it will break and you'll hear the sound, but there isn't a visual effect yet to show its broken. Should be fixed in the final release

Save data corruption should be fixed now in patch 0.1.12, unfortunately old saves won't work
In Chapter 2 of the game there is a Hammer right behind a locked door after going down a small slope at the graveyard scene, if you position yourself correctly you can just pick it up through the gates, i don't know if it's intentional or not :).
When I fell in that scene with the grid floor. I dashed back or ran while falling and one of the grids blocked my passage to the corridor. Essentially a soft-lock, had to load the save which fortunately wasn't too far from there.

Hi, probably not your fault. I'm playing on a 4080 (with an affected 13900KF). The game plays like some frames are slow motion then skips a bunch. I tried capping at 144 frames per second and that still didn't work. I don't have my telltale fan signature for when my CPU is about to nuke a game though. Liked the atmosphere but the demo was practically unplayable for me.

Had a few reports of this, try disabling v-sync

Same. To the point I stopped tossing weapons at all. Another thing, not a bug, but related - add an item wheel or something, right stick cursor movements in inventory, this is extremely frustrating to open up inventory and manually move weapons and items every time to its slots, especially on controller.

Please fix this "feature" or at least add an option to disable durability by breaking boxes. I probably shouldn't explain why wasting a rare resource for just a small chance to get a common resource is a bad idea. Like, this is a survival horror game with resource management, encouraging player not to collect resources or being stuck without a tool to get resources is kinda not okay... Or at least there should be some basic non-combat sprint and hits abilities to help with traversal and gathering resources without impairing stamina, hunger and durability.

Unity is known to stutter with disabled V-sync or being forced with Nvidia control panel. Can you fix that or at least proper ingame Vsync and framerate cap?

When I look at this particular door, my mouse stops working. I have to walk few steps away to make it work again
In the end of the second chapter there is a softlock, there is no passage after wall creatures moment, loading last safe helped.
