"claim all" upgrade uses omnicoins?

I am at end game and have a ton of omnicoins, but I'm not sure if I click on "claim all" button, will it just randomly upgrade to use omnicoins? That would be a huge waste because most buildings don't need the coins. I want to be able to use the claim all button though so it's faster, and also I almost accidentally clicked on in many times just cuz it's inviting me to do so.

Yes it will spend all of your omnicoins on all available recipes.

If you are using the building-specific upgrade panel, where it only shows items related to that building, it will only purchase upgrades visible on that panel. Same goes if you have typed in a text filter on the main upgrades panel - it'll only purchase visible upgrades.

Would it be better if omni upgrades were a totally separate panel, so it doesn't interfere with the regular non-infinite upgrades?

Another idea would be to maybe change the text from "Claim All" to "Upgrade all", perhaps with a different colour too to differentiate it from the "claim all" from quests and research

Yeah another color and no blinking would be good, mostly the blinking is what triggers me everytime to click it even if i dont want to because its unfiltered

Yeah, the button being the same color, flashing, and in the same location gets me all the time :-)
