Fullscreen mode is not fullscreen

When i run the game in fullscreen mode, the game window is smaller than fullscreen, and parts of desktop are visible.

I am running the game on a Lenovo Legion Y520 with windows 10.

Can you set the resolution via the Visionaire tool (it's in the game folder)? Otherwise try to set the resolution via the software suite of the graphics card.

Ok, please try the following: go to the main installation folder of the game and right-click on the .exe. Then select "Properties" and "Compatibility" and make sure to tick the option "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings".

Is that the "deponia2.exe" or the "visionaire Config tool.exe"?
The first hasn´t the "Compatibility"option when I right click (win 10 64 , 3840 x 2160)
I don't want to manually change my desktopsetting every time I want to play this game

The first one. 'compatibilty' should be the second tab.

Launched game the first time, gfxs were glitchy, choose the wrong language. In game text is foreign and I can't seem to find where to change game language,- uninstalled game and re-installed but did not get the same initial setup screen. How to change game text to English?

When you're in the main menu, you see three small windows at the bottom to the right (where the ads are), the leftmost is the button you're looking for.

Just hold Alt and then push Enter...Hold Alt, push Enter... It worked to me

I found the problem was my Windows Scale Settings were 150% instead of 100% - then it worked full-screen. - right click desktop and go to Display settings.

1. In game settings select "Window size" (not "Full screen mode").
2. Press Alt+Enter.
This worked for me on Windows 10.

hello there!

I have the same issue, but on the latest ubuntu (20.04).

is there a way to fix it? alt+enter does not work for me.

I forgot to add, that I've had the same issue with deponia, however alt+enter did fix it each time.
