help with lens

Hi, I'm stuck after I shredded the indestructible glasses and combined them again with the 2 frames and the right lens that was in my inventory. I can't figure out what to do next with them though. If I put them on the periscope, it doesn't stop that guy because he can see out with his left eye. I can't figure out if there is a way to put it on the guy in the tavern. And I can't find where the left lens is if it is in the game still.

Any help would be great, thanks.

You can choose which side of the frame the lens goes into, try shredding them again and putting the lens in the other frame.

The shredder won't work a second time. Try using the screwdriver with the glasses.

Thanks yea, that was pretty much it. Initially I was trying that in the gadget shop and the shopmaster said I couldn't, but then I tried it out of the shop and the screwdriver allows you to indeed take it apart again. Thanks for the replies!
