No achievements unlocking

As title suggests - I've been playing through and am getting no achievements unlocked...
I've checked the guides to make sure what I have done should unlock them, but no luck

I read at another post that Daedalic Entertainment know about this bugs.

I can't unlock 'Cheater' and 'Pin-up Goal'. Get all pieces of puzzle and no achievements too ... I'm sad... so sad ...

I found a solution how to unlock Cheater and Pin-up Goal achievements.
1) Turn off Steam Cloud for Deponia;
2) Delete profile.dat file from Deponia save directory;
3) THE MOST IMPORTANT!!! You must have save file before game was patched (That with sound problems). Copy it to save directory.
4) Load that savegame and now u can unlock achievements.

Yeah, i know. Just a solution while bug is exist.

Thanks T3H, there was also another reply on the Tech. Issues post with a sound gitch save game and I comfirm that it worked for unlocking both 'Cheater' and 'Pin-up Goal'

Achivements doesn't work. I played a few hours, but I got no achivements.

If you have no any achievements then check if you have profile.dat in savegame directory. If not, then you have forbiden user name for window profile. You must use english letters and no spaces. I made another profile with name "steam" and it started working.

Yeah I have a profile.dat file in my save games and handful of achievements have popped, but oddly enough, not the first 3 *shrug* but ones after the unmissable first ones like (complete the tutorial) arn't popping, I heard it was a patch that messed it all up.

yeap, i read it too, but i bought game day ago, so i had problem with any one. For now they working for me.

Edit:
Or you have this file before patch which has engine change. Anyway check your profile name, maybe this will help and do new game then.
