Razorfish - bug?

I can't give the razorfish to the kitty, someone encounter this problem too?

I try a lot of things and at last i manged to give the fish to him. For me wast that i forgot to take someting or talk whit someone... i don't remeber ...
In other words you guys have forgot to do something (if it isn't a real bug for you :P ).

I wrote to tech support . Response within 20 minutes. I fulfilled all instructions in and was able to shave the cat : D

Did you talk to Naïve-Goal about the resistance movement and afterwards with "Nod", one of the bad criminal guys in the pub "Gulliver's tavern"? He is sitting near Bozo on the left side of the tavern. You have to ask him if you can join the Unorganized Crime. He will tell you that you're not bold enough, and that you would have to do something really bold, like shaving Donna's cat. Did you do this already? This is one of the important steps you need to do to be able to shave the cat with the razor fish.

Otherwise, we will send you a save game either before the cat shaving (where it's possible) or directly afterwards, but first try to talk do Nod in the tavern :-)

I got the razor fish by adding salt to generator then go in and take it as the motion sensor is off
