I've failed to get that Donna minigame right, got killed and now she doesn't talk to me. Is there a way to fix that?

I just redid everything. I only had autosafe..

doesn't help, if the game is already brigged - but here's what what you should do (in the first place / in your next playthrough):

the first donna dialogue is kind of a mini game, that seems to be poorly ported.
Donna answers in a specific pattern and you have to match her answers to your questions. here is a video of the problem ans the solution. it's in german, but the right answers are at the same position:
